A Swankey Wedding: Leanne & Steve

I first met Leanne and Steve at their hometown of Boston to get the ball rolling on their wedding planning. From the start, I could sense what a lovely couple these two were. Together, we planned a wonderful Key West wedding for them that proved unique and beautiful. Their creativity as a couple definitely sparkled throughout the ceremony and the reception.

After Leanne got beautiful with the one and only Studio Marie-Pierre inside her suite at the Marquesa Hotel, the ceremony was held at Fort Zachary Taylor Beach & State Park overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Steve Torrence officiated the tender ceremony

In true Key West style, guests were transported to the reception at the Hemingway House via the Conch Tour Train.

The Hemingway House is such a lovely, historic location for any destination wedding and it proved to be the perfect backdrop for Leanne and Steve’s shindig. The party was catered by the scrumptious Mangoes Restaurant and DJ Jimmy Jamz got the crowd on their feet for a good time.

Perhaps the most exciting element of the night was when the Caribbean Queen Key West Jankanoos made a special appearance with their wild costumes and amazing Afro-Caribbean music. It was an absolute spectacle!

Studio Julie was behind the lens to capture all of the magical moments. For more pictures of Leanne and Steve’s wedding, click here.¬†Congratulations to this lovely couple!
